Indians say that the bear is mostly calm. It is thoughtful and never wastes its energy. Only sometimes it is getting angry - but never for a long time. The bear reminds you that you are strong. In times of uncertainty remember your strengths. Take a break – hibernate. Listen to your inner-voice. You will gain self-confidence and cleanse yourself of your insecurities. You will realise that most of the answers you needed were within yourself all along.
My goal is to give you the security to walk on your „bearpaws“ safely and soundly. We will spend time together. We will go on a journey which will take you to your centre. Along the way we will learn how to concentrate on the things that matter in our daily lives – we will start getting our homework done on time!
Don't let it get you down, be cheeky, wild and wonderful!

Welcome All,
The official definition for AD(H)D is Attention Deficit (Hyperactivity) Disorder.
However, for me people with an AD(H)D diagnosis are individuals who are Awakened Dreamers (Highly) Determined. They use the right (intuitive, emotional) or left (analytical, rational) side of their brain more. Therefore, they often have above average intelligence, intuition and creativity. On the other side, they have problems concentrating. It can be difficult to calculate, to read and to write and there can be difficulties with coordination. However, the diagnosis AD(H)D does not have to be a serious issue in early and later life.
I make a diagnosis and offer consultation / training on the following:
I support children and teenagers in learning how to deal better with some of the situations life brings up. Often those situations are not difficult but emotional and unfamiliar. With specific training your child will find the concentration necessary to do homework etc. I combine Neurofeedback and Deep Relaxation Methods.
We will work together as a team – parents, child and myself - to create a training which meets your childs‘ needs.
I also work with adults who have AD(H)D.

The paw of the bear is a symbol of courage, strength and self-protection. The bear is thoughtful and through its calm actions it can protect itself from danger. In winter it moves to its cave and withdraws from the world. It becomes part of the emptiness, the silence, where answers to all questions can be found. In spring it awakens with new energy and self-confidence. It balances its inner and outer needs. Now it is ready to quietly and calmly face life‘s challenges once again.
"I have never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that" Pippi Longstocking (Astrid Lindgren)
